Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the admissions process Collaborate with business development teams to manage referrals and maintain relationships with referral sources Verify insurance benefits and coordinate financial options for clients Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or behavioral health science preferred 3+ years of experience in behavioral health admissions or related fields Strong experience in call center, client engagement, or healthcare sales Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and typing speed of 50+ WPM Experience meeting and exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced environment
