Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Correctional Health California City, CA Compensation: $100,000 $175,000/year Overview: Seeking a licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to provide high-quality, comprehensive care within a correctional setting. The ARNP will work under physician supervision, delivering advanced nursing services to a diverse inmate population. Position Highlights: Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and initiate treatment plans. Provide primary care including medication management, wound care, and chronic disease monitoring. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with policy and legal requirements. Support continuity of care by overseeing hospitalizations and follow-up.
