Key Responsibilities Develop infrastructure to support rapid headcount growth, including HRIS and performance management systems Transform HR processes into scalable, auditable systems with defined KPIs Collaborate with hiring managers to efficiently source and screen new hires while maintaining company culture Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in People Ops/HR, preferably in a startup environment Strong leadership and decision-making skills Experience as an individual contributor with a hands-on approach Experience in healthcare and with mission-driven organizations is a plus
