A company is looking for a Client Support Technician - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities Resolve end user issues efficiently while providing an excellent service experience Install, configure, and mentor end users on client-approved software and technologies Respond to helpdesk tickets and maintain system notes to identify chronic issues Required Qualifications At least 2 years of Mac & Windows help desk experience or 3+ years in customer-facing roles Experience supporting Google Workspace and macOS, with knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Slack preferred Proven track record of providing excellent customer service Self-starter with the ability to learn new systems and concepts quickly Willingness to work flexible hours on a contract basis as needed
