A company is looking for a Supervisor, Claims APD. Key Responsibilities Oversee claims activities and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures Supervise and train a team of claims representatives while handling escalated customer inquiries Review auto property damage claims to determine coverage and settlement options, while monitoring claim file accuracy Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 8-10 years of experience in auto physical damage claims 3-5 years of leadership experience in claims at a personal auto carrier Active adjuster's license is required Experience with claims-related technology for national claims programs
