Key Responsibilities Define and execute the national broker and consultant relations strategy aligned to growth objectives Build and maintain senior-level relationships with national and regional consulting and brokerage firms Drive measurable broker- and consultant-sourced pipeline and closed revenue Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 12+ years of experience in broker relations, consultant relations, channel partnerships, or enterprise healthcare sales Deep knowledge of the employer benefits and consulting ecosystem Proven ability to drive revenue through influence-based channels Executive presence with strong relationship-building skills
