Preconstruction Project Manager

A company is looking for an OTS Preconstruction Project Manager (Remote). Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee OTS EPC projects during the pre-construction phase, including scope, schedule, and budget Act as the main point of contact for incoming projects and maintain the OTS Pre-Construction Tracker Collaborate with design and procurement teams to kick off projects and draft project Bill of Materials (BOM) Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum of 4 years project management experience, with proven experience managing multiple projects Minimum of 2 years of PV solar industry experience, preferably in industrial or utility scale General knowledge of SCADA and/or OT system design is desired but not required Experience with cost budget management and resource planning Familiarity with schedule software, including Oracle P6 and/or Microsoft Project
