Key Responsibilities Manage the talent pipeline lifecycle, including onboarding, process development, and client support Develop and implement operational policies for candidate application and upskilling trainee success Analyze operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and lead the operations team to achieve business targets Required Qualifications BA/BS or equivalent work experience with a successful track record in a detail-oriented position Minimum of four years in operations, talent acquisition, or client services Experience working with diverse audiences and a customer-focused mentality Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications; experience with Salesforce is a plus Ability to monitor and evaluate operational data effectively
