Massachusetts Licensed Peer Mentor Doula

A company is looking for a Peer Mentor Doula, Per Diem. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the MDC EMPOWER interdisciplinary care team to increase access to services for pregnant, postpartum, and parenting individuals Provide nonjudgmental, evidence-based support to address barriers to treatment and engagement in care Offer full-spectrum doula services during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum, including on-call coverage Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School diploma or GED, required Valid Driver's License, required Lived experience related to recovery, addiction, or mental health challenges in the perinatal period Completion of Doula certification or training Knowledge of the geographic and recovery community in Franklin County and the North Quabbin region
