Key Responsibilities Monitor and follow up on outstanding buyer payments with the sales team Resolve payment discrepancies and document communications with buyers Review daily auction reports and coordinate asset distribution Required Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience in an office environment Exposure to the industrial or heavy equipment industry preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Ability to manage multiple tasks in time-sensitive situations
