Advanced Collection Specialist

A company is looking for an Advanced Collection Specialist to support their Specialty Infusion Pharmacy remotely. Key Responsibilities Research and resolve accounts receivable balances in a timely manner Make routine collection calls and document actions taken in the company software system Ensure compliance with regulations and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred 3 years or more of strong infusion collections experience required Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology Experience with CPR+ systems preferred Must be able to work 8:30 AM to 5 PM
