A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the Fintech/BNPL segment. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of fintech/BNPL customers to enhance account health and value realization Collaborate with account executives and technical account managers for post-sale engagements focused on customer optimization and growth Conduct business reviews to align on user priorities and provide guidance on maximizing value from the company's offerings Required Qualifications 5+ years of enterprise relationship management or consulting experience, with 2+ years in the Fintech, Neobank, or Lending space Proven experience with BNPL-specific challenges, including high-velocity repayments and credit-loss mitigation Familiarity with ledgering, virtual cards, and ACH mechanics Experience presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders in financial organizations Ability to manage a complex book of business across multiple time zones
