Senior Director of Events

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Events, Donor Experience and Engagement. Key Responsibilities Oversee the execution of a comprehensive events program focused on donor recognition, stewardship, and cultivation Develop milestone-based experiences to enhance fundraising momentum and donor engagement Manage event-related budgets and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred 8+ years of relevant experience in managing complex event portfolios Experience in planning and executing philanthropy/fundraising events, including budget management Direct report management experience required Experience working with donors and fundraising teams preferred
