Job Description

Commitment Analyst The Commitment Analyst manages the complex process of aligning members to appropriate contract tiers and ensuring commitment structures can be effectively operationalized across systems and downstream processes. Contract & Tier Management Interpret contract terms and business intent to ensure contract tiers can be operationalized effectively. Align internal and external stakeholders when differing perspectives arise. Ensure Letters of Commitment (LOCs) are accurate and compliant with legal agreements. Create, maintain, and publish negotiated Letters of Commitment (LOCs) for national and member-specific agreements. Ensure proper LOC visibility according to contract class of trade, facility type, and department standards. Develop and maintain legal templates for LOCs. System & Technical Support Manage commitment system troubleshooting and problem resolution. Partner with technology teams on: System development and enhancements Requirements planning and prioritization Technical issue resolution and root cause analysis User acceptance testing (UAT) for system releases Development of system release communication plans Maintain proficiency in applicable systems and tools. Member & Supplier Collaboration Collaborate directly with members and suppliers to resolve tier qualification disputes. Escalate issues when necessary (e.g., supplier delays, tier approval disputes). Onboard new suppliers into the commitment system. Train members, suppliers, and internal users on the commitment process and systems. Develop training scripts, tool tips, and user documentation. Serve as subject matter expert for commitment processes. Analysis & Operational Oversight Perform complex analysis related to reorganizations and assess operational impacts. Provide guidance on required actions for stakeholders. Manage multiple deadlines across various agreements and business segments. Support exception publishing for specialized markets. Contribute to team and departmental performance goals. Required Qualifications 3+ years of equivalent professional experience (Required) Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills (Required) Excellent written and oral communication skills (Required) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines (Required) Excellent customer service skills (Required) Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Required) Strong attention to detail (Required) Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook Word Excel (advanced skills preferred) Pay Details: $23.00 per hour Search managed by: Riley Grubbs Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
