Senior Workday Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. Workday Analyst, Talent & Compensation (Remote). Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions and manage projects from requirements to deployment Design and configure global Calibration processes and lead the Workday functional workstream for Succession Planning Extend application Serve as the technical lead for M&A integrations and drive foundational Workday Compensation projects Required Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on Workday experience with expertise in Talent and Core Compensation modules Advanced configuration skills across HCM, Security, Core Compensation, and Talent & Performance Expert-level EIB and Excel proficiency for high-volume data conversions Strong project management capabilities with experience driving Workday projects independently Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
