Performance Testing Manager

A company is looking for a Performance Testing Manager - SAP and MAWM. Key Responsibilities Formulates and develops effective test architecture based on organizational needs Manages teams to support testing strategies and activities, ensuring overall integrity of testing strategy Consults on test execution, planning, and compliance issues while establishing metrics for testing processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience 3 or more years of leadership experience (team lead or above) 10 or more years of related information technology work experience 7 or more years of quality assurance experience, specifically in performance testing SAP and MAWM platforms Experience in leading teams of performance test engineers and managing geographically disparate teams
