Growth Analytics Specialist

A company is looking for a Growth Analytics and Planning Specialist. Key Responsibilities Support the development of annual and seasonal merchandise financial plans and accurately forecast revenue Maintain the Marketing Channel Execution Plan and ensure alignment of marketing KPIs with category and demand plans Collect and analyze large data sets to identify trends and prepare performance updates for stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field 3-5+ years of experience in merchandising planning, marketing analysis, or business analysis within a consumer or eCommerce business Proven experience in forecasting sales and/or marketing performance Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Looker, or Google Analytics Understanding of digital marketing channels including paid search, SEO, and email/SMS
