Job Description

A company is looking for a Warehouse Purchasing Coordinator to support procurement activities and inventory management. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparation and processing of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials Communicate with suppliers regarding order confirmations and maintain accurate supplier documentation Support inventory tracking and data management to optimize stock levels Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or administrative support preferred Basic understanding of inventory and purchasing concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or purchasing systems is a plus Eagerness to learn and grow into a more advanced procurement role
