Global Enrollment Systems Lead

A company is looking for a Global Enrollment Systems Lead (AI-Enabled Oncology Trials). Key Responsibilities Own enrollment velocity end to end and map the full funnel from qualification to randomization Identify bottlenecks, reduce cycle time, and increase throughput without proportional headcount growth Build scalable playbooks across countries and work with internal and external stakeholders to maximize conversion Required Qualifications 5-8 years of experience leading operational delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments Demonstrated ownership of a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline end to end Experience in improving throughput and reducing cycle time systematically Strong analytical capability, including proficiency in Excel and data modeling High energy and resilience in fast-moving startup environments
