Job Description Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and team members. Identify and address any issues or delays to maintain project timelines. Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships. Ensure project closeout procedures are completed efficiently and effectively.
