Data Center BIM Lead

A company is looking for a Data Center BIM Lead to support hyperscale Data Center projects. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage BIM models for MEP systems and data center components Maintain BIM/CAD standards, templates, and libraries for project compliance Collaborate with contractors and engineers for coordination and clash detection Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant CAD/BIM experience, including 3 years in BIM management Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Data Center experience preferred Familiarity with data center design criteria and industry standards Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
