A company is looking for a Sr. Human Resources Coordinator (West Coast).
Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary HR contact for assigned client groups, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures Support performance management processes and assist managers with employee relations matters Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR reporting, including turnover tracking Required Qualifications 2+ years of Human Resources experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Foundational knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance Strong organizational and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
