A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.
Key Responsibilities: Assist HR Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding Support employee relations and compliance with HR policies and procedures Maintain and update HRIS and payroll systems, and process payroll in the HR Manager's absence Qualifications: Minimum of two years of experience as an HR Generalist At least one year of experience in a fully remote position SHRM or HRCI certification required or to be obtained within six months of hire High school diploma or GED Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and understanding of employment-related laws
