A company is looking for an EAP Care Manager 2 to provide guidance and support for Employee Assistance Program services.
Key Responsibilities Manage calls and secure chat contacts, identifying member needs and verifying demographics Conduct risk screenings, intake assessments, and facilitate referrals to appropriate services Document all interactions clearly and manage time effectively to meet quality standards Required Qualifications Graduate degree in a behavioral health discipline such as counseling or social work Proficiency in using electronic database and records systems, as well as call management systems Minimum one year of experience in a behavioral health setting Experience with intake screening, referrals, or case management is desirable
