Senior Director of Philanthropy

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Philanthropy and Partnerships. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a principal gift donor portfolio to achieve the annual $100 million fundraising goal Collaborate with the Vice President of Financial Development to engage high-net-worth donors and maintain partnerships with YMCA affiliates Lead meetings with prospective funders and ensure funding proposals align with donor interests and organizational priorities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; advanced degree strongly preferred Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience Deep functional expertise and thought leadership in fundraising Experience overseeing multiple teams or functions Ability to operate with minimal supervision and manage departmental strategies
