Manager of Compliance Operations

A company is looking for a Manager of Compliance Operations. Key Responsibilities Operationalize compliance requirements related to healthcare regulations, privacy, and accreditation across services Support customer compliance-related requests and inquiries, including RFPs and corrective action plans Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, and Product teams to promote compliance-aligned workflows and training Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 5-7 years of healthcare compliance experience in relevant organizations Certifications such as CHC, CPHC, CCEP, or CIPP preferred Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations, NCQA, URAC standards, and HIPAA Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating compliance requirements into operational processes
