A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner. Key Responsibilities Provide HRBP coverage across divisions during peak hiring cycles and ensure uninterrupted HR service delivery Source and recruit diverse talent and administer the full-cycle hiring process Analyze workforce data and support employee relations matters, including investigations and performance management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Communications, or a relevant field; or equivalent experience 4 years of professional experience in the Human Resources field Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices Current HR Certification or willingness to obtain within one year of employment Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language is highly preferred
