A company is looking for a Course Facilitator in Drug and Medical Development for MIT xPRO. Key Responsibilities Facilitate weekly office hours and moderate discussion boards Guide learner engagement during faculty live sessions and support content synthesis Assist with capstone assignment challenges and monitor learner progress Qualifications 8+ years of extensive work experience in healthcare or a related field A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree in Healthcare or a Medical Field is preferred Proven experience in developing and launching medical products in the U.S. healthcare market Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risks associated with healthcare product development Experience supporting executive or mid-career professionals in continuing education is highly preferred
