A company is looking for a Manager, Renters Claims to lead their growing claims operation.
Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day activities and service delivery of claims professionals Manage performance and KPIs to meet operational and financial targets Develop relationships and communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and colleagues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 7+ years of experience in claims, with knowledge of renters insurance coverage Experience leading a team of 6 or more claims professionals Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of hire
