What's in it for you: $85,000 - $95,000+ annual salary, depending on experience Full suite of benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) + company matching Generous paid time off and paid company holidays Continuing education opportunities are provided for professional development Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial lines insurance experience within a retail brokerage Active Property & Casualty license Demonstrated proficiency in policy analysis and coverage verification Knowledge of insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols Must understand Earthquake and Flood policies, Management Liability, E&O, Umbrella, EPLI, Pollution policies among others The Position: Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and renewal accounts Evaluate insurance policies and recommend necessary adjustments Cultivate strong client relationships by fostering positive and reliable rapport Process requests for information and documentation efficiently Prepare and submit applications that incorporate underwriting information from the producer Actively follow up with markets to secure competitive quotes Service to client's needs including answering policy/coverage questions, exposures, endorsements, reviewing monthly exposure forms, etc. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 Per Year
