Key Responsibilities Own product design end-to-end for core experiences across the product Work closely with founders and engineers to define product direction and make fast, high-quality decisions Create and maintain a design system that scales as the product and team grow Required Qualifications 5+ years of product design experience on intuitive products at a product-led company Experience shipping and iterating on production products end-to-end Deep experience with Figma, including design systems and prototyping Experience designing B2B workflows, dashboards, and multi-step setup flows A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking
