Key Responsibilities Oversee and maintain a comprehensive report and data repository, ensuring timely updates and adherence to reporting guidelines Lead the design, development, and optimization of HR reports and dashboards, translating business needs into technical specifications Monitor customer satisfaction with report requests and provide training and support for effective report utilization Required Qualifications 8+ years of progressive technical system experience focused on advanced reporting and data optimization Expertise in Workday, including report product offerings such as Prism and People Analytics Advanced proficiency in Excel and Workday reporting processes Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Services, Business, or Quantitative Methods Preferred technology certifications and completion of Management/Leadership training programs
