Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between technical business leaders and facilities managers to forecast workload demand and project work Manage, plan, coordinate, and oversee the workload and day-to-day activities of the support team Contribute to new products, processes, and operational plans to achieve functional goals Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and experience with CMMS Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive attitude
