Project Manager for Oracle Cloud

A company is looking for a Project Manager (Oracle Cloud Transformation) to lead delivery for a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives, focusing on Oracle Incentive Compensation and related HCM modules Serve as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution momentum Own overall project execution, including planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue management Required Qualifications Extensive experience as a Project Manager on Oracle transformation initiatives, preferably in Oracle Cloud environments Hands-on leadership experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation and/or HCM, Payroll, or Compensation systems Demonstrated success managing large, complex, long-duration programs Strong experience coordinating across business teams, technical resources, and third-party vendors Experience operating within structured PMO or enterprise governance frameworks
