Key Responsibilities Manage the VP's calendar and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders Coordinate logistics for performance reviews and maintain documentation related to talent and rewards operations Compile HR data for reports and prepare executive-level presentations Required Qualifications 6-10 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in HR or Talent operations Proven ability to handle confidential information Strong organizational and calendar management skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with HR systems and collaboration tools
