Senior Compensation Program Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Compensation on a contract basis until June 2027. Key Responsibilities Manage the Compensation Centre of Excellence for Annual Performance and Compensation cycles Develop and oversee program documentation, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights on compensation programs and ensure alignment with compensation philosophies Required Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in compensation, preferably in a multinational environment Post-secondary degree in a related field such as Finance or HR Significant understanding of compensation principles and project management experience preferred Experience with HRIS, ideally Workday, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to consult with managers and employees in a matrixed environment
