Key Responsibilities Support new product launches by managing operational readiness and data accuracy Complete and manage purchase orders, retail assortments, and launch documentation Track newness orders versus forecasts and provide actionable feedback to internal teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or planning Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas and data validation Experience supporting product launches and/or international markets preferred Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or planning tools is a plus
