Key Responsibilities Serve as the embedded public-sector HR Service Delivery and HR Operations SME throughout product discovery, design, and build phases Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure the tool reflects real-world public-sector HR Document Management workflows Act as the product's primary Sales Engineer, supporting demos and customer implementations with operational expertise Required Qualifications 7-15+ years in public-sector HR Service Delivery or HR Operations Direct experience managing HR document intake, classification, and maintenance Familiarity with compliance, retention, and audit-readiness practices Experience with document management platforms and workflow tools used by public agencies Prior experience training HR staff on documentation standards and systems is preferred
