Senior Manager, Clinical Trials

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Clinical Trial Lead. Key Responsibilities Oversee one or more clinical studies, ensuring operational feasibility and robust protocol designs Develop and implement study-level operational strategies in alignment with the Integrated Development Plan Manage CRO performance and ensure quality execution in line with budget and timelines Required Qualifications B.A. or B.Sc. in a scientific discipline 6-8 years of clinical operations experience, preferably with both a sponsor and CRO Strong project management skills Experience managing outsourced clinical trials within quality, timeline, and budget expectations Prior investigator site and/or monitoring experience is advantageous
