Bilingual Onboarding Specialist

A company is looking for a Bilingual Workforce Success Specialist (English/French). Key Responsibilities Manage onboarding of new contractors by gathering and validating required legal documentation Track and manage contractor assignments, including time and expense entry within VMS platforms Provide ongoing contractor care throughout assignments, including regular outreach and relationship management Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written) - required Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Prior experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or HR operations Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (required) Experience working within Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass or Beeline (preferred)
