Registered Nurse CDI Educator

A company is looking for a CDI Educator who will support the long-term success of the CDI program by leading provider education and training in clinical documentation integrity. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement CDI educational initiatives and identify knowledge gaps for providers Analyze data to enhance education and provide timely responses to CDI inquiries Collaborate with leadership to onboard CDI team members and conduct educational sessions Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant Licensure required 5-7 years of Clinical Documentation Improvement experience required 5-7 years of Acute Medical/Surgical Care experience required 2-3 years of Educator experience with a strong understanding of CDI and coding regulations required
