Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HR inquiries and ticket workflow assignments Provide general HR support related to benefits, PTO, and employment verifications Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance HR service delivery Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in HR service delivery or administrative role High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with ticketing systems is a plus Familiarity with HRIS systems for updating colleague information Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
