A company is looking for an Americas Lead of Space Management, Planning & Occupancy (SPO). Key Responsibilities Implement overall vision, strategy, and metrics for client accounts focused on expanding SPO services Act as the primary executive point of contact for GOS occupier clients, enhancing client relationships and business growth Support a highly engaged workforce and ensure superior delivery of all contract deliverables while identifying opportunities for automation and process efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred 15+ years of experience, with 10 years in real estate preferred Competency in all SPO service areas and financial analysis Strong understanding of relevant software and resource allocation concepts Demonstrated leadership and management skills with a team-oriented approach
