Job Description

Training Specialist A Training Specialist designs, implements, and evaluates employee training programs to enhance organizational performance and skill development. They assess training needs, create materials (manuals, e-learning), and deliver training via workshops or virtual platforms. Key duties include collaborating with management, tracking training efficacy, and administrating the Learning Management System (LMS). This position will be working from our office in Moorestown, NJ. Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate all training classes for internal and external customers. Administrate the LMS to configure and maintain courses, ensuring SCORM compliance. Generate reports and provide analytics on completion rates, performance, and usage data. Update existing training classes by maintaining instructor guides, student guides, with knowledge and practical testing. Present training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos. Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development. Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Training and Development, or a related technical field required. At least two years of training experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives. Ability to design and implement effective training and development. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites and related program software. 10% Travel Required OPEX Corporation is more than a manufacturer of machines.
