A company is looking for a Denials Management Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities Research and resolve outstanding denials and complete necessary follow-ups Identify denial trends and educate to prevent future avoidable denials Initiate and manage insurance appeals in a timely manner Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School Diploma or equivalency 4 years of experience in medical billing with exposure to denials and appeals Knowledge of ICD9 and CPT-4 coding Familiarity with insurance explanation of benefits and claims processing Solid skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
