TS Desktop Support Admin An employer is looking for a TS Desktop Support Admin to sit in Linthicum Heights, MD. In this role, you will provide advanced desktop support for Windows environments, focusing on troubleshooting complex integration issues involving networks, servers, and peripherals. You will manage Active Directory tasks, imaging processes, and ticket resolution through Remedy, while delivering exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include supporting Microsoft Office Suite applications, remote desktop sessions, and mobile devices, as well as ensuring compliance with security and certification requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain seamless operations and resolve technical challenges efficiently. Required Skills & Experience: Active TS with ability to get SCI IAT 8570 Certification Security+ CE Certification Windows 11 Certification (must be obtained within 1 week of hire) Education: B.A./B.S. or equivalent work experience and 5+ years in desktop support Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Level 2/3 Windows desktop issues related to network, server, and peripherals Strong customer experience/service orientation Nice to Have Skills & Experience: HDI Certification Experience with Active Role Server (ARS) / Active Directory administration, PxE Imaging, Microsoft Office Suite M365 (Outlook & Teams), Remedy Ticket Tracking System, Remote desktop control/support, iPhone/Mobile Device support Compensation: $40/hr to $45/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
