Genesys Cloud Engineer

A company is looking for a Genesys Cloud Engineer - Senior Enterprise Communications Engineer. Key Responsibilities Engineer and maintain the integrity of networking and communication systems' software, hardware, and configurations Identify, design, and program networking infrastructure and communication applications Develop knowledge base documents and conduct knowledge transfer among the engineering team Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience 3-5 years of relevant experience required Genesys Cloud Certified Professional or Genesys Cloud Certified Architect certification(s) preferred Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation or custom integrations Experience with identity management solutions (Azure AD) and SCIM provisioning
