US Licensed Controller

A company is looking for a US Controller to drive financial integrity and build scalable processes in a high-growth healthcare market research environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial insights and support the transition to a product-driven platform Develop and implement scalable accounting processes, reporting frameworks, and controls for efficiency and compliance Lead and develop a finance team while ensuring timely financial reporting and monitoring cash management Required Qualifications 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including controllership roles Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA required Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or high-growth environments preferred Proven track record of driving financial integrity and delivering accurate reporting under US GAAP Hands-on experience managing banking activities and month-end close processes
