Key Responsibilities Maintain practice management system by entering and verifying data, managing correspondence, and handling payments Prepare and follow up on clean claims submissions and investigate rejected claims Provide customer service by resolving patient billing issues and supporting additional billing projects as needed Required Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent Minimum of one year of billing experience preferred Healthcare experience preferred Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and medical insurance Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
