A company is looking for a Sr. HR Specialist to support various functions of the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting efforts and ensure a positive candidate experience Support the offer process, including compensation discussions and onboarding Partner with payroll and benefits providers to ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration Required Qualifications 4+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Recruiting, or equivalent roles Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms and ATS systems Hands-on experience with benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance
